Step 9: organize personal information

Many of the documents available in the Forms Library were introduced in previous steps. Completing and saving all of the forms in the Forms Library can be helpful in many ways, including serving as reference information for an executor of an estate. The previous steps sent you directly to a form to complete. In this step, we provide guidance on how to effectively use the Forms Libtrary.


Activity 1
: Review and populate forms available in forms library.

  1. Click the link to the 'forms library' to see a list of available forms.
  2. Click on form you'd like to complete.
  3. Follow the instructions on the top of the form.
  4. Save the form electronically or print and place the printed copy in a safe location.

This activity can occur over time. Among the recommended forms to complete first are:

  1. Personal Information
  2. Dependents-General Info
  3. Dependents-Specific info
  4. Employment Records
  5. Medical Contacts
  6. Medical Documents

Once the above forms are completed and stored, other forms can be completed in a systematic manner.
